Survivor 51 Recap: The Open Era's First Tribe Swap Puts Everyone In Danger - TVLine

Was it not the late, great Whitney Houston who sang, "Didn't we almost have it all? " And in "Survivor 51," we truly almost did. Wednesday's episode took one giant step backwards when Jeff corralled the castaways on a new beach to announce that it was time to (say it with me now): Drop! Your! Buffs! And while I'm typically all gassed up about an ol' switcheroo (I even spoke to "Survivor: Africa" winner Ethan Zohn about the show's very first tribe swap), reverting the game back to a three-tribe format is... not so exciting. Making matters worse, since Rob decided to quit the game last week, the three tribes are starting out with uneven numbers: six, six, and five. Battery swap works: Nio completes 1.2 million swaps in a SINGLE WEEK

While oil prices and range anxiety dominate Western EV headlines, Nio’s battery-swap system in China keeps reaching new milestones that prove the technology can rival a traditional refueling infrastructure at scale, performing 1.2 million battery swaps over the holiday. Nio kicked off this year busting record after record, posting six-figure swap numbers during the third day of the Chinese Lunar New Year celebrations and marking the third such record for Nio in as many days – but the company hasn’t stoped there. New reports indicate the company broke those impressive records again, performing nearly 1.2 million swaps over the National Day celebrations last week.

Point-of-Care Ultrasound Detection of Acute Myocardial Dysfunction Following Bupropion Overdose: A Case Report - Cureus

Bupropion overdose is associated with significant morbidity and mortality due to severe neurologic and cardiovascular toxicity, including seizures and life-threatening arrhythmias. Early recognition of electrocardiographic, clinical, and echocardiographic abnormalities is critical for prompt intervention and prevention of clinical deterioration. We present a case of a 21-year-old female who presented to the emergency department following an intentional polysubstance overdose involving suspected bupropion ingestion. The initial electrocardiogram (EKG) demonstrated sinus tachycardia. However, during continued monitoring, the patient developed QRS widening and seizures. Treatment included benzodiazepines, calcium, and sodium bicarbonate. Point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) revealed a reduced ejection fraction (EF) of less than 30%, which was later confirmed on formal transthoracic echocardiography. These findings prompted escalation of care, intubation for airway protection and deep sedation, and transfer to the intensive care unit (ICU). During admission, she developed torsades de pointes (TdP), resulting in cardiac arrest. Despite her critical presentation, repeat echocardiography upon
