Description

Episode 3 of Hagerty's first-ever RADwood Build Challenge is here, with @LarryChenPhoto @stanceworks and @vin_tra ! All three are competing to build the raddest car possible for an all-or-nothing grand prize of $100,000 at RADwood on October 24th, 2026. RSVP for your FREE tickets https://www.radwood.com/ The clock is ticking and this week the builds get real. After months at sea and a run-in with a typhoon, Larry Chen's 1996 Honda Accord SiR has finally landed in the US, and it's time to pull the engine and get to work on that international build. Mike Burroughs picks up his 1989 Lotus Esprit Turbo from the wrap shop and he's feeling confident. A little too confident, maybe. And Vin Anatra hits the Long Beach hot rod swap meet old-school style to hunt down parts for his 1994 GMT400 Dually, but will the wheels he picked actually fit? Back to the competition though. RADwood Build Challenge is happening in-person at RADwood NorCal on October 24. Who determines the winner? YOU, the people! By voting in-person at the event. It's free to attend, just RSVP for your tickets at https://www.radwood.com/ - $50,000 goes to the builder who wins it all and $50,000 to the charity of their choice. All three vehicles will also be auctioned off in no-reserve auctions on Hagerty Marketplace (https://www.hagerty.com/marketplace) at the end of the Build Challenge, so if you like what you see, get your wallets ready!
