Ottawa Senators goaltender Linus Ullmark was pulled in the third period of their game against the Florida Panthers after suffering a lower-boy injury after making a save. Per Postmedia’s Bruce Garrioch, Senators head coach Travis Green confirmed after the game that Ullmark suffered a lower-body injury, but could not confirm the severity of the injury, only to say that Ullmark will be evaluated on Thursday. With 16:25 remaining in the game, and the Senators leading 3-1, Ullmark extended his leg to make a routine deflection on a puck sliding toward the net. After deflecting the puck out of the crease with his right pad, Ullmark slumped over. He was tended to by the Senators training staff after play was whistled dead. Ullmark was eventually helped off the ice and taken to the locker room. Backup netminder Samuel Ersson took his spot in net in relief. Ullmark allowed a goal in the first period when he was beaten by Brady Tkachuk on the power play in Tkachuk’s first return to the Canadian Tire Centre as a visitor with the Panthers. The 33-year-old Ullmark entered this game with a sparkling 1.33 goals-against average and a .945 save percentage in seven starts on the young season.

Bills CB Gardner-Johnson ejected after apparent spitting incident - TSN
LAS VEGAS -- Buffalo Bills safety C. J. Gardner-Johnson was ejected from Sunday's game against the Las Vegas Raiders following an altercation in the final minute before halftime. Gardner-Johnson appeared to spit in the direction of some Raiders offensive linemen, including center Tyler Linderbaum, in the time between a play, triggering an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty and his disqualification. Gardner-Johnson had been jawing with Raiders players throughout the half and seemingly missed a couple of tackles early in the game. Without Gardner-Johnson, the Bills' options at safety opposite fellow starter Cole Bishop include Damar Hamlin, Jalon Kilgore and Sam Franklin Jr. Gardner-Johnson was also penalized for unnecessary roughness in Week 5 against the Los Angeles Rams. He was last ejected in 2024 as a member of the Philadelphia Eagles in a game in which he received two unsportsmanlike conduct penalties. After the Bills' Week 4 loss to the New England Patriots, Gardner-Johnson made headlines by seemingly slighting Patriots receiver Efton Chism III, calling Chism a practice squad player after he helped beat the Bills with a winning touchdown.

Match Awards from Bayern Munich’s hard-fought 2-2 draw to Arsenal - Bavarian Football Works
The clash against Arsenal FC was another game where Bayern Munich drop points late in the Champions League, and it is starting to get frustrating. Bayern Munich now sit at 14th place in the Champions League Group Stage table, and it looks like it will be an uphill battle to qualify in the top 8 at this point. Bayern Munich now have just one win in their last 4 fixtures, and the upcoming schedule is not getting any easier. Nonetheless, here are the Match Awards for the game:Jersey Swap: Declan RiceWhat a player and what a performance. The midfield juggernaut can do anything, and that was evident in his display both in attack and defense during this match. Rice was the thorn in Bayern’s side all match, and scored the goal that stole the point on the road for Arsenal. Talk about a player that any club in the world would want on their team. Der Kaiser: Manuel NeuerWow, does it feel good to nominate Neuer as ‘Der Kaiser’ today. However, this award is not one of nostalgia or pity as Neuer is the deserving man today. While Neuer hasn’t shown that he is able to be consistenly relied on to deliver big performances, you can’t help but smile when he does.
