David Byrne – Resounding Artistry Again at the Hollywood Bowl - EntertainmentToday.net
If you are considering the list of American artists who have continually poked at the outer edges of the creative envelope for decades, the short list would certainly include David Byrne near the top. His show last night at the Hollywood Bowl was jaw dropping in terms of creativity and musicianship. His long-standing fascination with marching bands and choreography remains front and center. He even had the USC Marching Band do a brief introduction, which in itself contained a surprising and poignant tribute to Dolly Parton with a robust version of “9 to 5.” Byrne was almost unseen watching from the edge of the stage, undoubtedly pleased.

David Byrne feels pretty good about how things have turned out - Los Angeles Times
BERKELEY — Twelve hours after walking offstage at the Greek Theatre on Tuesday night, David Byrne sits down with a cup of coffee on the patio of a tony hillside hotel and admits that he’s starting to get a little misty. Last night’s concert on the campus of UC Berkeley was one of the remaining few on Byrne’s yearlong world tour after 2025’s “Who Is The Sky?” album. About an hour from now, a bus will pull up to ferry the 74-year-old musician and the dozen or so members of his touring company to the airport for a quick flight to Los Angeles, where they’re set to perform Friday and Saturday nights at the Hollywood Bowl. “There’s a firepit over there,” Byrne says, pointing across the patio, “so after the show we all sat around and told stories. Everyone’s such a joy to work with — we’re all having a really good time.” He sighs. “That’s kind of rare, actually.”“Who Is The Sky?,” which Byrne made with the producer Kid Harpoon, contrasts deep lyrics about art, home and enlightenment with bright pop arrangements filled with crisp grooves and singalong melodies. (Kid Harpoon, whose real name is Tom Hull, is known for the hits he’s created with Harry Styles and Miley Cyrus.)

The Young and the Restless’ Jason Thompson on Adam Delivering Billy’s Baby and What’s Ahead (Exclusive) - Soap Opera Digest
Adam (Mark Grossman) delivered Sally (Courtney Hope) and Billy’s (Jason Thompson) daughter on the October 20 episode of The Young and the Restless — a wedding-night twist that will have major implications for the interconnected trio moving forward. Jason Thompson sat down with Soap Opera Digest to unpack all the drama. Thompson, who will mark 21 years in soaps in December, says that the drama swirling around Billy and Sally’s wedding and the baby’s birth made for “a dream week,” he smiles. “I consider myself very lucky to be in the middle of a storm like this because I know how much it means to future story — not only to the story we’re telling right now, but to the ones The Young and the Restless will continue to tell for the next 10, 20 years.”
