She passed peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, and has joined the love of her life in heaven, her husband Lester (Les) Barnes, who passed away in 1996. Shrek 2 Remastered Officially Announced With Must-See GTA 6-inspired Trailer

Rockstar Games has spent years building hype for Grand Theft Auto 6, with every trailer and update becoming a major event for fans. But what if that same dramatic treatment was applied to a very different kind of video game? One starring a certain green ogre, perhaps? That's apparently the thinking behind the official reveal of Shrek 2 Remastered, which has officially been announced with a trailer that channels nothing less than the cinematic style of Rockstar's GTA 6 marketing.

GTA 6 Fans Think Rockstar Games Is Shooting an Elaborate and Expensive Live-Action Trailer in Miami
Updated: Oct 20, 2026 10:48pm UTCEagle-eyed Rockstar fans have noticed camera crews recording convoys of flashy GTA 6-themed cars in Miami, creating speculation over a new live-action trailer. Rockstar Games has been conquering the city of Miami over the last few weeks as it ramps up to the release of GTA 6, which is set in a fictional version of Miami called Vice City. As a result, Rockstar has plastered all kinds of ads around the area, sent in a Vice City blimp to fly over Florida, and announced unique celebrations like a Vice City-themed NBA game with the Miami Heat in November. It's an unprecedented marketing campaign that has quite literally turned the city into a real-life version of GTA's universe. With that said, there appear to be a variety of things happening right under Miamians' noses without much explanation. Fans have started noticing exotic sports cars driving around the city in convoys, sometimes joined by a camera crew. These aren't just ordinary cars, as they're modified to resemble ones from the GTA series.

Counter-Strike 2 Pro Aleksib Faces Four-Month Suspended Prison Sentence Over Charges of Aggravated Tax Fraud
Updated: Oct 20, 2026 10:45pm UTCFinnish Counter-Strike 2 pro Aleksi “Aleksib” Virolainen is facing a possible four-month suspended prison sentence over alleged “aggravated tax fraud” after failing to declare income from in-game sticker sales. In Counter-Strike 2, players can purchase virtual stickers and place them on their weapons. They are an in-game item that can be bought on the Steam Marketplace, the CS2 Store, or in capsules, as well as through third-party websites. It’s not uncommon for professional teams to get a cut of the money earned from sticker sales and other in-game purchases when they compete at major tournaments — and it’s this revenue that prosecutors say Virolainen failed to include on his tax forms. On Friday, October 16, an indictment was read aloud at the Eastern Uusimaa District Court that accused the pro player of failing to declare €53,000 in income (about $59,553.18 USD) from Valve in 2020, the developer of Counter-Strike 2. Prosecutors claimed that he was able to avoid paying an estimated €28,000 ($31,441 USD) in taxes as a result — but he said he wasn’t aware that this income needed to be declared.

Mix ‘Coffin Flop’ With QWOP And You’ve Got A Game That’s At The Top Of My Steam Next Fest List
With an unmanageably colossal heap of demos on offer, a massive number of which look to be filled with AI-generated garbage, the current Steam Next Fest is a serious bummer. How on earth is any adult with limited free time supposed to muck through the stables of slop to find something worthwhile? Increasingly, people have been creating ad hoc slop-free recommendation lists on social media in addition to sharing browser plugins and other tools that people can use to filter out games that have a genAI disclosure. But even with tools to separate the good game wheat from the slop chaff, that’s still a lot of games to sift through, so I’m gonna throw my own recommendation onto the pile with the only demo I’ve made time for this Next Fest: Fallbearers. I found the game via Bluesky, wooed to its Steam page by the game’s trailer alone. Imagine a game that combines Bennet Foddy’s track-and-field simulator QWOP with the “Coffin Flop” bit from Tim Robinson’s HBO sketch show I Think You Should Leave—that’s Fallbearers. In it, you—by yourself or you with a friend—control two Victorian-era pallbearers as they try to transport the dearly departed from the hearse to the grave.
