The Perth Magistrates Court was told Christian Jack Joseph, 26, had been out at bars in Fremantle celebrating a birthday and was returning to a friend's home on South Terrace about 1:30am on Saturday. The prosecution said as he approached the house, he saw a man peering through the window and yelled at him.
