Corporate brand vs. loan officer brand: Mortgage companies need both
A borrower finds a loan officer on social media. They like the loan officer’s communication style, appreciate the educational content they share and trust their guidance through the mortgage process. Then they click over to the lender’s website and encounter a completely different experience. The personality and connection that initially caught their attention get lost in the larger corporate brand. The opposite can happen, too. A loan officer builds a strong individual presence with their own messaging, content and local reputation, but the connection to the mortgage company they represent becomes almost invisible.
