Super Smash Bros. Player Mew2King Banned From Tournament After Bug Bites Spark Health Concerns - IGN India
“I had like a hundred of these on my body two months ago. Like, my entire body. " Professional Super Smash Bros. player Jason ‘Mew2King’ Zimmerman has been banned from a competitive tournament after posting photos of his concerning skin condition and complaining of a bug infestation in his home. On the morning of October 16, 2026, Zimmerman found himself going viral due to a thread of posts he’d published on Twitter/X the day before. In the posts, he complained of suffering from swelling hands, which he attributed to either playing too much without rest or being bitten by bugs in his home. “My hands are slightly swollen (could be from all the SSBM Fox or from the bugs in the house that bite me each day), like pink/red and puffy/fatter than usual, is there a way to fix this ASAP? I'm boarding my flight to Texas now,” he wrote. He went on to share a photo of his hand and one of his right leg, which was covered in red, painful-looking bumps that appeared to be bug bites. Zimmerman claimed that these bites happen to him “every week,” and are a driving factor in his decision to move from Ohio to California. “I had like a hundred of these on my body two months ago.

CJVR celebrates 60 years of radio in the northeast - northeastNOW
“We are a community radio station for the northeast; we love serving the community and being able to offer our services for the last 60 years,” Rheaume said. Over the years, much has changed for the radio station, and radio as a whole. Of course, technology has changed, from vinyl records, to carts, to CDs, to digital operations. Newsrooms are no longer filled with cigarette smoke and massive teletype machines, with computers being crucial to operations these days. Along with technological advancements, the operations of the company have changed over time. Major milestones include the move of 1420 CJVR down the AM dial to 750 AM back in 1995. CJVR transitioned to the FM dial in 2002, while CKJH, operating now as Beach Radio, took over the 750 signal. The company also expanded, with Fabmar Communications launching CIXM in Whitecourt, AB. In 2006, and CHWK in Chilliwack, B. C. in 2009. Another significant change took place in 2018, when the then-Jim Pattison Broadcast Group purchased Fabmar Communications Ltd. That sale saw Melfort’s operations fall under what is now the Pattison Media umbrella.

Introducing: The Bell & Ross BR-03 Space Mission Brings the Earth and Mars to the Wrist - Monochrome Watches
Earth, the Moon, Mars, and a spacecraft… Sounds like Christopher Nolan is cooking up another mind-bending film, but it is actually the new Bell & Ross BR-03 Space Mission. Following the BR-03 Astro from 2025, this new edition has a dial that takes the concept of space-time rather literally. The watch has no conventional hands. Instead, a transparent rotating disc carries images of Earth and the Moon, with the Moon marking the hours. There is also a spacecraft that travels around the dial to indicate the minutes. The spacecraft on the Bell & Ross BR-03 Space Mission is inspired by the Vortex, a reusable spacecraft concept developed by Dassault Aviation. It appears to be taking off, with Earth and the Moon in the background against a black aventurine plate dotted with tiny stars. A small red dot also marks Mars. Together, these elements make the dial feel like a miniature space scene, with much to look at beyond the usual hands and indexes.
