Description
What is Amazon Luna and why can I play Star Wars: Galactic Racer on it for free?? Amazon has a game streaming platform that is available to any Amazon Prime subscriber and no one has heard about it. This week on Point It Out!, Patches and Simone discuss whether Amazon's strategy of adding big brand-name games like Star Wars and Hogwarts Legacy to the service will make it pop, or whether this streaming service is destined for the bargain bin like ... well, every other Amazon gaming attempt before it. Point It Out! is a gaming news show for people who already know the news — or think they do. Every week, Polygon host Simone de Rochefort, Editor-in-Chief Matt Patches, and an expert guest yank the biggest stories out of the discourse cycle and unpack them through rowdy, ridiculous PowerPoint presentations. Points are awarded, winners are crowned, and the loser wears a dunce cap. (No, seriously.) The stakes are meaningless, but the insight is real: In true Polygon fashion, Point It Out lovingly lampoons the gaming news show while secretly teaching you everything you need to know about the current state of gaming. Polygon has partnered with Secretlab.
