Description

Presented by @ROLEX. Pangolins are notoriously difficult to rehabilitate and rewild because they need to learn where to forage for food. During their daily walks, carers at the Tikki Hywood Foundation's rescue center in Cameroon lend a helping hand by pointing infant pangolins to places they can find ants and termites and encouraging them to eat. Through its partnership with the National Geographic Society and as part of its Perpetual Planet Initiative, #Rolex supports expeditions exploring and protecting remarkable places around the world, a selection of which are featured in #AfricaEarthsWildHome. #PerpetualPlanet Learn more about the intensive work that goes into pangolin rehabilitation in the October edition of National Geographic: https://on.natgeo.com/0b2048 Video by Marcus Westberg #NationalGeographic #Rolex #Animals
