It’s not fashion week unless there’s a smidge of nudity, and the stars at Saint Laurent’s spring/summer 2027 show most definitely understood the assignment.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Zoe Saldaña, and more proved that the female anatomy is a chic accessory with sheer looks that took us right back to the “free the nipple” era of the 2010s.

LOI Modifier Linked to Neuron Loss in Huntington’s Disease | Rare Diseases Today - DocWireNews

Loss-of-interruption variants in the CAG repeat of the huntingtin (HTT) gene can accelerate Huntington’s disease (HD) onset and progression. Medium spiny neurons (MSNs), which are gradually lost in HD, undergo selective somatic CAG expansion, but it is still unclear how this expansion relates to MSN pathology. In a study published in Neuron, Chris Kay, PhD, of the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, and colleagues assessed somatic HTT CAG expansion in peripheral blood, postmortem brain tissue, and isolated MSNs from patients with HD, both with and without the CAG-CCG loss-of-interruption (LOI) modifier variant. Results showed that, while MSNs with large (111–150 CAG) and very large (>150 CAG) somatic expansions were rare early in HD, these larger expansions accumulated as disease duration increased. The CAG-CCG LOI modifier was linked with about a five-fold increase in the proportion of MSNs with large and very large expansions. Patients with the modifier also had fewer caudate MSNs, suggesting the modifier accelerates MSN loss alongside increased somatic CAG expansion. The modifier was also linked with reduced small somatic expansions in the blood.

James Cameron congratulates Avengers: Endgame's box office success with bonkers image - A.V. Club

Marvel Studios’ release of Avengers: Endgame: Encore was a shrewd gambit for a few reasons: It put the studio’s most successful film back in conversation right after the juggernaut success of Spider-Man: Brand New Day; it tided die-hards over with new footage ahead of December’s Avengers: Doomsday; and, perhaps most importantly, it raked in an additional $138 million for the film, reinstating its position as the worldwide box office champion over James Cameron’s Avatar. Cameron, who certainly doesn’t spend his precious time fretting about such matters as lifetime financial grosses and being the best in the world at stuff, recently expressed his congratulations to Marvel for once again overtaking his 2009 sci-fi film. “You are one of the people,” the director wrote (per The Wrap) in a composite image from Avatar, with Iron Man at the center of a welcoming Na’vi tribe. “Congratulations to Marvel and the #1 Avengers: Endgame: Encore for bringing moviegoers to the cinemas! – Jim Cameron.”
