Pokémon Pokopia event schedule

Image: Nintendo Life / NintendoThe Pumpkaboo's Sweet Surprises event runs from 17th October to 1st November, adding two Gen 6 Ghost-types to Pokémon Pokopia. For those who have played previous Pokopia limited-time events, the format will be familiar: a new Pokémon, Pumpkaboo, visits a Pokémon Center and requests a currency (Pumpkin Candy) in exchange for items which can help make a couple new habitats. But in a spooky twist, this time is you have to scare the event currency out of your resident Pokémon.

All the habitats that require limited-time items Pokémon Pokopia has limited-time events that occur for a few days before disappearing, though you can time travel back to them, if you miss out on any. Some events feature Pokémon and habitats you can only unlock via the event, so you'll want to make sure you're paying attention to any guests who are the "talk of the town. " You can swap through your regular and event Habitat Dex/Pokédex by using the right trigger on the respective menu. If you're looking for the regular habitats and Pokédex, check out our Pokopia Habitat Dex list and Pokédex. While I had always assumed it was the result of an airtight contract or a talent rep sent from heaven, it turns out Debra Wilson doesn’t have a firm explanation as to why so many of her in-game performances feature her real-world likeness. During a podcast appearance, the prolific Wolfenstein, Wolverine, Suicide Squad, Star Wars Jedi and Death Stranding voice actor said the decision usually comes down to the developers. “Honestly, I love games where they don’t look like me at all,” Wilson tells podcaster Joseph Shepherd. “I might as well just go and do theater… If it just looks like me, then how do you get a chance to really escape into a character?” While the episode of Hyperfixated was recorded before the release of Marvel’s Wolverine, the clip has recirculated, admittedly by some in bad faith. The MADtv star has been contributing vocal performances in games for decades, but it’s in recent history that a number of those digital roles share her uncanny appearance.
