Vancouver police investigating three stranger assaults Vancouver police say three unprovoked assaults took place in the city on Thursday. They have released surveillance video of the incidents in the hope that someone recognizes the suspects.

The Vancouver Police Department (VPD) is looking for assistance in identifying the suspects in three separate unprovoked stranger assaults that all happened on Thursday, Oct. 15. A 73-year-old woman was the victim of the first assault, which occurred at Victory Square on Hastings at around 6:10 a.m.
