Jon Rahm Gives Up Remainder of $300M LIV Golf Contract as Part of Separation Agreement - Bleacher Report

Richard Heathcote/Getty ImagesIt appears that Jon Rahm was willing to do anything to get out of his LIV Golf contract, even if it meant leaving a massive amount of money on the table. Per ESPN's Mark Schlabach, as part of Rahm's separation agreement with LIV Golf for the return of his exclusive name, image and likeness rights, the 31-year-old gave up the remainder of his $300 million deal. Schlabach noted that "it is believed that Rahm was owed more than $100 million over the remainder of his contract," which he signed in December 2023 after leaving the PGA Tour to join LIV Golf.

Connor Hellebuyck's suspension will come to an end on Friday. Elliotte Friedman has the story.
