【Foxconn Technology FY2026 Q2 Earnings Call】Foxconn Technology's US Plant to Begin Trial Production in Q4, Thermal Module Revenue Up 48% YoY — Battling Headwinds from 26% YoY Decline in Apple Supply Chain Revenue - finance.biggo.com
Foxconn Technology (2354. TW) held its Q3 2026 earnings call on September 30, unveiling first-half operating results and its strategic roadmap. The company's Q2 2026 EPS rebounded to NT$0.63, a marked improvement from NT$0.47 in Q1 and NT$0.38 in the same period of 2025. However, Q2 consolidated revenue of NT$30.34 billion (approximately $952.3 million) declined 26.4% year-over-year, primarily due to a high base effect from gaming console products. Management noted that July and August revenue showed a clear rebound, with monthly revenue growing 37.5% and 58.4% year-over-year, respectively. In terms of product mix, thermal modules benefited from AI-related product shipments that began ramping up in the second half of 2025, with first-half 2026 revenue growing 48% year-over-year and revenue share rising from 14% in Q1 to 16% — a key driver of structural improvement. The company also announced that its Louisville, Kentucky manufacturing base is expected to begin trial production in Q4 2026, initially targeting high-margin, low-volume, high-mix core ICT products and advanced AI devices, with a goal of reaching breakeven within one to two years of production launch.

A supply-chain attack involving ConnectWise’s cloud services has exposed Microsoft 365 customers to unauthorized application access, with researchers reporting successful sign-ins across 173 partner and customer tenants. The incident centres on credentials associated with ConnectWise Cloud Backup, formerly SkyKick, and raises concerns about attackers exploiting permissions already entrusted to business software. ConnectWise has confirmed unauthorized access to application identities within its Cloud Backup environment. In an October 17 update on its service-status page, the company said it was shutting off application access, interrupting customer backups while investigation and remediation continued.
