And Entertainment Weekly is getting in on the action, celebrating six stars as our Breaking Big honorees at Savannah College of Art and Design's 2026 SCAD Film Festival. This year's honorees are Adia (Your Mother Your Mother Your Mother), India Amarteifio (Clarissa), Jalen Thomas Brooks (Off Campus), Skyler Gisondo (Primetime), Tom Rhys Harries (Clayface), and Summer H. Howell (Carrie). They will participate in an awards presentation before sitting down for a panel discussion moderated by EW's Editor-in-Chief Patrick Gomez on Thurs., Oct. 29. This year's SCAD Film Festival takes place Oct. 24-Oct.

Spoiler Alert if you haven’t watched the full series. If you’re a fan of Mike Flanagan and how he’s brought Stephen King’s stories to life on screen, you won’t be disappointed by his take on Carrie. For the sake of this review, I have to point out that I’ve read the book, revisited the movie, and watched the whole series.
