Business Notes: Movement classes in Chemainus, Fraud info sessions in Ladysmith - Cowichan Valley Citizen

“Go slow, find joy,” is the motto behind a weekly movement class being offered at St. Michaels and All Angels Church in Chemainus.

“It’s movement that goes very slow, kind of a meditative movement where you become aware of how you move so you can reorganize yourself to move with greater comfort, more ease, even elegantly,” said Jeffery Wilson, who leads the class.
